• We act as an intermediary between travelers and Service Providers.

• We do not own, manage, or control the travel services booked.

5. User Accounts and Security

• Users must provide accurate information when creating accounts.

• Account holders are responsible for all activities under their login.

7. Damage Deposits and Liability

• Properties may hold a security deposit for incidentals.

8. Special Requests and Accessibility

• Requests (e.g., wheelchair access) are not guaranteed.

• Pets, smoking, and extra guests may require prior approval.

SECTION C: ATTRACTIONS AND ACTIVITIES BOOKINGS

1. Scope and Contractual Relationship

1.1 Desert Mirage Travel LLC acts solely as an intermediary between you and activity providers.

1.2 Your contract for activities is directly with the service provider, not with Desert Mirage.

2. Booking Process

2.1 All attraction bookings require full payment at time of reservation.

2.2 Electronic vouchers will be issued immediately for instant confirmation attractions.

2.3 For activities requiring provider confirmation, vouchers will be sent within 24-48 hours.

3. Ticket Validity and Redemption

3.1 Most tickets are valid only for the specific date and time selected.

3.2 Some attractions may allow date changes subject to availability and fees.

3.3 You must present:

• Printed or mobile voucher

• Valid photo ID matching booking name

• Any required waivers or documentation

4. Cancellation Policies

4.1 Standard cancellation policy:

• 100% refund if cancelled 72+ hours before activity

• 50% refund if cancelled 24-72 hours before

• No refund within 24 hours

4.2 Weather-dependent activities:

• Full refund if operator cancels due to weather

• No refund if you choose not to participate

5. Participation Requirements

5.1 Age/Height/Weight Restrictions:

• Clearly stated during booking process

• Strictly enforced for safety reasons

5.2 Health and Fitness:

• Participants must disclose medical conditions

• Some activities require signed medical waivers

5.3 Equipment Requirements:

• Proper footwear/clothing may be mandatory

• Failure to comply may result in denied participation

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Desert Mirage is not liable for:

Part 1: Car Rentals

1. Rental Agreement

1.1 Your contract is directly with the rental company upon vehicle pickup.

1.2 Desert Mirage acts only as a booking agent.

2. Driver Requirements

2.1 Minimum age: 21 years (25 for premium vehicles)

2.2 License must be:

• Valid in country of rental

• Held for minimum 2 years

• In Roman alphabet or accompanied by IDP

3. Insurance Options

3.1 Basic coverage includes:

• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

• Theft Protection (TP)

• Third Party Liability

3.2 Additional options:

• Personal Accident Insurance

• Roadside Assistance

• Zero Excess Coverage

4. Fuel Policies

4.1 Common options:

• Full-to-Full (most common)

• Pre-purchase fuel

• Fuel service charge

5. Cross-Border Rentals

5.1 Must be declared at time of booking

Part 2: Flight Bookings

1. Airline Contracts

1.1 Your contract is with the airline, not Desert Mirage.

1.2 We act only as an authorized ticket agent.

2. Ticket Rules

2.1 Fare rules are binding and include:

• Change fees

• Cancellation penalties

• Baggage allowances

2.2 E-tickets are standard; paper tickets incur additional fees.

3. Schedule Changes

3.1 Airlines may change schedules without notice.

3.2 Our responsibility is limited to notifying you of changes.

4. Check-In Requirements

4.1 International flights: 3 hours minimum

4.2 Domestic flights: 2 hours minimum

4.3 Online check-in typically opens 24 hours before departure

Part 3: Private Transfers

1. Booking Confirmation

1.1 Meet-and-greet service details provided in voucher

1.2 Flight monitoring for airport transfers

2. Waiting Time

2.1 Standard waiting period:

• Airports: 60 minutes after landing

• Other locations: 15 minutes

2.2 Additional waiting time charges apply beyond grace period

3. Vehicle Capacity

3.1 Strictly enforced for safety:

• Passengers

• Luggage pieces

• Special equipment

SECTION E: REWARDS AND LOYALTY PROGRAM

1. Program Overview

1.1 "Desert Mirage Rewards" is free to join

1.2 Three membership tiers:

• Silver (1-4 bookings/year)

• Gold (5-9 bookings/year)

• Platinum (10+ bookings/year)

2. Earning Points

2.1 Standard earning:

• 5 points per $1 spent on hotels

• 3 points per $1 spent on activities

• 2 points per $1 spent on car rentals

2.2 Bonus points:

• Double points promotions

• Tier multipliers (Gold 1.5x, Platinum 2x)

3. Redeeming Rewards

3.1 Redemption options:

• Free hotel nights

• Activity discounts

• Flight upgrades

• Charity donations

3.2 Minimum redemption: 5,000 points

4. Points Management

4.1 Points expire after 24 months of inactivity

4.2 Points are non-transferable

4.3 Fraudulent earning will result in account forfeiture

SECTION F: TRAVEL PROTECTION

SECTION G: GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Entire Agreement

1.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with any referenced policies (Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, etc.), constitute the entire agreement between you and Desert Mirage Travel LLC regarding the use of our services.

1.2 Any prior agreements, representations, or understandings (whether written or oral) are superseded by this document.

2. Severability

2.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction:

• The affected provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, OR

• If modification isn't possible, the provision shall be severed

• All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect

3. Waiver

3.1 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.

3.2 Any waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.

4. Assignment

4.1 You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

4.2 Desert Mirage Travel LLC may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

5. Notices

5.1 All official notices shall be in writing and deemed properly given when:

• Delivered personally

• Sent by certified mail (return receipt requested)

• Sent by recognized overnight courier service

• Emailed to our designated contact address (with read receipt)

5.2 Notice to users shall be deemed given when posted on our Platform or sent to the email address associated with your account.

6. Relationship of Parties

6.1 Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Desert Mirage Travel LLC.

7. Survival of Provisions

7.1 All provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to: Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law) shall remain in effect after termination.

8. Headings for Convenience

8.1 Section headings are for reference purposes only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

9. Electronic Communications

9.1 By using our services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including:

• Booking confirmations

• Policy updates

• Marketing materials (you may opt-out)

• Legal notices

9.2 You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

10. Third-Party Beneficiaries

10.1 Except as expressly stated, these Terms do not confer any rights or remedies upon any person or entity other than you and Desert Mirage Travel LLC.

11. Language

11.1 The original language of these Terms is English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
